General Igloo Questions.

What does the ENTRY ticket entail?

  • Every ticket includes access to the Noco Villa installation. Food and Drinks are to be ordered on site and are paid for separately.

How long does a reservation last for?

  • Each rental lasts 90 mins. We ask that your party arrive 5 minutes early to check-in prior to your reserved time. This will give you more quality time in your reserved area. We prefer that your entire party arrive before seating you. This allows us to seat you all at once.

What happens if our party shows up late?

  • If your party shows up late for your reservation, we cannot extend the length of your rental. The beach huts are in high demand and are generally booked back-to-back to allow as many guests to enjoy them as possible. As an example, if you show up 30 minutes late, your rental would be for 1 hour instead of 90 mins. Partial refunds will not be issued for parties arriving late.

How many people can fit in each beach hut?

  • Each igloo seats 6 - 10 guests.

What if we only have less than 5 people?

  • If your party is smaller than 5, we have tables for 2-5 in our villa tent, a lounge that seats up to 6, and we also have outdoor seating available, weather permitting.

Are there age limits for the beach huts and tables?

  • There is no age limit.

Is smoking allowed in the igloos and ski tent?

  • No. Any guests found smoking, vaping, or the like will be asked to leave immediately along with their entire party, with no refund granted. Open flames of any kind are not allowed on the patio at all.

Does Noco Villa have AC? How should I dress?

  • We will have fans in each beach hut and inside the tent.

Will Noco Villa ever close for inclement weather?

  • In the case of extreme weather, we may need to cancel reservations to ensure safety and your comfort level. In these cases, you will be notified via email about an option to reschedule your booking. We will make every attempt to make the cancellations well in advance of your reserved time but reserve the right to make cancellations in the case of emergent weather conditions at any time.

Are pets allowed in the igloos?

  • Pets are not allowed in the igloos.

Can I bring my own music?

  • Yes! you are more than welcome to bring in your own bluetooth speaker.

What is the restroom situation?

  • We will have portable potties on site.

What is there to do inside Noco Villa?

  • There will be a lot of sitting around in a circle watching other people eat and drink, so some pleasant conversation would be a great next step. We will have some table games available or you can bring your own.

 

Food & Beverage Questions

 

What does the $10 entry ticket include?

  • Every ticket includes a seated area up to 8 guests for 90 mins.

  • Food and drinks are to be ordered on site and paid for separately

Can I bring outside food and drink?

  • No outside food, desserts, or beverage will be allowed at Noco Villa.

How long do we have to finish our food and drinks?

  • Each reservation rental is for 90 minutes within a pre-determined time block, giving you ample time to finish any food or drink you ordered in advance. All food and beverage that is pre-ordered will be ready for you when arriving at your table. You may order more add-on food during your stay, but additional orders should be made in the first 45 minutes of your visit to give you ample time to finish your items.

Reservations & Payment Questions

 

Is it possible to cancel my reservation?

  • Tickets are final and NOT refundable, no exceptions.

Can I change my reservation date or time?

  • Yes, as long as it is 72 hours before your reservation start time and we have additional future booking slots open, you may change your reservation.

I made a reservation and reserved a food or beverage package, when and where do I pay for food and beverage?

  • Any additional items ordered, plus tax and 20% service fee, will be taken at the end of the 90 minute time frame before leaving your reserved table. All payments will be handled by your server.

Can we split the cost on multiple cards?

  • Yes. The final bill can be split with a sum of separate tabs.
