Can I bring outside catering?
You can bring outside food. If you need suggestions, ask us for our list of preferred local vendors.
What furniture is included in my rental?
You can see a complete list of furniture here. You are also welcome to rent your own furniture or customize the setup.
Can I tour the event venue?
Yes, you can book an in person tour.
Is alcohol permitted?
Alcohol is permitted so you can BYOB! We also offer bartending services as an add-on.
Do I get time to set up before the event or does the time I use count as my rental hours?
All rental windows should allow set-up and clean-up time (For example, set-up of an hour plus a party for 3 hours and clean up of 1 hour, would require a 5 hour booking.) Additional hours can be purchased before or during your event at the rates quoted.
Do you offer event insurance in case the need for rescheduling arises?
We understand that problems can arise, especially during these times. If you need to postpone your event to a different date, we highly recommend adding our $50 Reschedule Assurance to your rental package. Your deposit is non-refundable within four weeks of your event, and purchasing this protects your deposit and allows you to reschedule your rental.
What’s the cancellation policy?
All payments are final and not refundable.
Where should I park?
On the day of your event, if parking in the front is taken, you are more than welcome to pull to our front driveway to unload and then park afterward. Guests can snag a parking spot on the parking lot towards the Casino side of our building.
